OK, now. That's enough! This is getting ridiculous!

This company (and stock) has always performed and held up well. Did they suddenly announce a loss of $100/share?

Legato Restates 1999 Earnings, Posts Loss
Data storage software maker Legato (stock: LGTO) restated 1999 earnings on Wednesday, saying that net income decreased to $2.7 million from $19.9 million in 1998. It also reported a loss for its first quarter. Legato, Mountain View, Calif., said it discovered a number of unauthorized side agreements with resellers that preempted revenue recognition for those deals. The company said it has taken appropriate action with the employees responsible for the side transactions and is working to recover commissions paid that were not properly earned.

Maybe this is part of the reason for ADIC weakness. Buy on the dips!
