good: VARL last Q actually beat the est by 1c now <vbg>

not so good: the street tends to be allergic to restatement, not that it is necessarily wrong in some cases.

good: VARL seems to be trying to get her financial [reporting] house in order. That goes a long way to show the street that VARL is trying to work with the financial community

not so good: is this the last of the dilution controversy?

*CCR had a front page article in the American Banker yesterday stating that they'd consider a sale of the company for the right price, hence the northward movement.*

I'm glad others are starting to understand this undervalued situation.
