Looks like HLIT paid .5427 shares for each one of Cube shares which was worth 21.74 on May 3rd. Well this means that we paid too much, since 55 times .5427 equates to 30 dollars a share. I use 55 since it made its biggest one day drop from over 60 to about 55 in one day.

Also read that there is a tax liability on Cube shares bought by HLIT. Looks like Hlit overpaid and now the shares are paying for it.
