Hi John - you and I are in the same boat, but I am a little bit more forgiving, I guess <g>. VARL is a small company. It starts with smart technologists, but it requres operational and financial savvy to be a great company! VARL has come a long way, but there may still be a way to go. If mgt can get rid of some of this financial confusion, about which it is doing now, there is hope that it has turned the corner. That said, I am not sure I am too eager to believe dilution is behind us. Even if all the warrants are redeemed, what's stopping mgt from awarding itself mo stocks? This is probably the decising factor if mgt is boyz [or grrl] or [wo]men <vbg>! best, Bosco
