Dean Kent has gotten ahold of some ALi chipset roadmaps and he's extracted some interesting details. In Q3 2000, ALi is planning to release the M1647 northbridge, which will be the company's first Athlon northbridge. Around the same time, the M1641B will be released, which is a a new version of the Aladdin Pro 4 (Slot-1/Socket-370) supporting DDR SDRAM.

During the fourth quarter ALi will release chipsets supporting integrated graphics, ethernet, and firewire for both Pentium III (GTL+) and Athlon systems. Finally, in the first quarter of 2001, ALi will release a mobile DDR chipset for the Pentium III as well as a high-end northbridge (apparently supporting LDT) for the Athlon.
