corporate.indexonly.com May 29, 2000 International Franchise Exposition, Advertising Contract, Revenue Growth, Featured Affiliates & Partners Page, Quarterly Newsletter & United Kingdom Option to Purchase International Franchise Exposition The International Franchise Exposition, which took place in Orlando, Florida from May 5 to 7, resulted in a great deal of interest from individuals and organizations for Indexonly master franchise rights in foreign countries. We received expressions of interest from 55 countries and received 18 applications from countries such as; Australia, Argentina, Costa Rica, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Jamaica, New Zealand, Peru, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, Turkey, UK and Uruguay. These applications are currently being reviewed to determine which meet our selection criteria and assess if there is sufficient Internet usage in the respective country to make the introduction of Indexonly viable at this point in time. Advertising Contract Indexonly.com has entered into its largest advertising agreement to date with the awarding of a national advertising contract for all mainland US state searches. Can-Am West Carriers has become the exclusive advertiser in the "Trucking" category at the state level. Included in the contract is promotion for Indexonly.com on the back of their highway tractor trailers that travel between British Columbia, California, Texas, Florida, New York and Ontario. You can expect to see our logo with the wording: Find us under "Trucking" at Indexonly.com - changing the way businesses use the Internet www.indexonly.com. Revenue Growth We are pleased to report that our revenue/business continues to grow. Revenue for the three months ended March 31, 2000 totalled $207,500 US. This compares with $100,300 US of revenue which we received for the six month period ended December 31, 1999. As expected at this stage of our development approximately 93% of our total revenue to date related to sales of Regional and District licenses with the balance from advertising and other revenue. Our total operating expenditures were $553,995 for the three month period ended March 31, 2000 which included marketing and promotion expense of $233,301, with the majority of this amount spent on advertising and promotion directed to attract Regional Operators. Our total operating expenditures were $571,317 for the period June 28, 1999 to December 31, 1999.
