Based on my observations, my guess is that ANDW's slow down in revenue in 98-99 was related more to the slow down in the build out of digital wireless phone networks during that time frame than to management errors. Several major wireless phone providers spent a great deal of money in a phase one roll out of their digital networks from 96 through 98. Then they slowed construction down once their networks were up and providing service.

I believe that Andrew was one beneficiary of that high level of activity, and a victim of the slow down. However, It appears to me that we are in the the beginning of a second phase of construction activity that is benefiting Andrew and will continue to benefit it for some significant length of time.

I have not followed this one for a few quarters. Has the product portfolio changed? This article suggest the ANDW has some fiber optic exposure. I don't remember ANDW having
any significant fiber optic exposure.
