Why rally, higher interest rates not good for markets PERIOD. So who would want to gamble long here when the odds favor more downside pressure. As far as cash on sidelines mucho cash got killed with the margin calls a few weeks ago. Sorry don't see it. Maybe I'm wrong but I expect Nasdaq 3200 once again in a few weeks. As long as Greenie hanging over markets head with more interest rate hikes we going sideways to downward bias IMO.
