My understanding was that the 2003's will be available in July. Not sure of the exact date, but I'll bet someone else here can provide us with the answer.

2003 LEAPS should start trading right after expiration of the May, June, and July options depending whether the underlying is a cycle 1(Jan),2(Feb),or 3(March) stock. The 2001 LEAPS usually change their root symbol at this time but some have already changed early this year.
