The stock hasn't fallen to 52 - 56 that some where predicting. Some even said 20. So the fact that 65 is kind of a low is encouraging.

"The real business issues MSFT has are its competitors We server Apache (60%) MSFT (20%)..."

I've seen this before in this group (maybe from you, I don't remember) and I don't understand the problem in this arena at all. True, the Apache web server (freeware) is run for over 50% of all the web servers out there, and true, MSFT has a web server, IIS. But, Apache will run on WinNT, a lot of people out there do it, and IIS is not sold separately, but bundled in with WinNT, so what's the problem? I need to run NT in order to interact with my clients, who use Windows programs (word processors, spreadsheets, etc.), but I'm causing MSFT no loss of revenue by running Apache. You might just as well talk about Perl being a major problem to MS's VB for web work, but apparently they don't see it that way, since they are providing continuing funding for porting Perl to WinNT, since it means there are more web jockeys who might be willing to use NT as an OS. BTW, one of the members of the Apache Software Foundation works for Microsoft.
