Blake--With an off shore account one could short TRRA or anything else easily. They do not look at little things such as borrowing shares as a barrier if you wish to short. All the Best Druss

Blake, you simply must rid yourself of your hostility, it doesn't become you, Everything is possible for them that know "There's rules and then there's rules". HeHeHe. Its the "and then there are rules" that get you every time. There is an ad in most airline magazines about off shore havens that's all perfectly legal and above board. Unfortunately, it takes money to make money and it will take about another year at my present rate of growth before I'm ready to go off shore with a stock account.
