Time for me to put some money in a few Japanese stocks.... I have been out of just about every single thing in Japan, since they had the Q4 2000 Q1 runup. I put the money into value themes in March and then in beaten up tech in April- May. the Nikkei looked like it had done 5 waves up when we got north of 20-21K. In the bigger picture buying a bit of SNE, NTT, NTDMY etc. I could buy more on a further decline, or review in 3 months and poss. add more. might need to buy some MBK as well. these are true investments, looking 6 to 12 to 24 months out.
