I don't think it has anything to do with Aber. The way I read it, subject to my poor eyes, is it's a WSP conspiracy.
And that's prety well how I see it also.
IMO, there are no points in it for the retail shareholder to go after that 16%. It's an INSIDE job.
Let's face it, the retail investor will get the spoils...

.Trev - You're missing the point. Nobody is saying that ABZ didn't screw up because it's obvious that they did. It's just that Turner also screwed up and then tried to cut ABZ out based on the very clause that his boys also missed. It's called amateur hour and Turner has to be the one to take responsibility.
