T, it's a recurring phenomenon...between 15:30 and 15:35, out of the blue, the futures contracts are jammed higher. it looks like someone is trying to get a rally going by taking out stops and spurring program buying. personally i think that this activity can be ascribed to some of the larger funds, broker trading desks and perhaps others acting in concert to artificially make the tape look better than it is. i'm pretty sure it's not individuals...
