Not me. I have 6 3/4 fixed now and the higher rates stopped us in our tracks when we were looking around this past month.

1)First time buyers....the excitement of owning makes such things irrelevant
2)High end buyers...interest is deductible anyway and the slight increase in the monthly isn't that meaningful to those buyers.

THe real estate market here is out of control..big time
