true, but the situation continues to worsen. just because it has persisted for so long without having any adverse effects on the stock market doesn't make it less pertinent.
on the contrary, it is a sign that things are not well at all.

It's funny how a year becomes 'forever'... you have to realize peoples brains work via pattern recognition... if something doesn't appear to have cause and effect right away it is normal to want to dismiss it right away. This has served us well in figuring out which dinosaurs would bite our heads off and which ones wouldn't, but that's about it. More complex problems take some thought.
