thanks Mark...that explains a lot...COVD, RTHM and NPNT should benefit greatly..haven't followed developments too closely but this ruling - and its implementation date - explains the COVD volume today...

Glad you posted that article, as I appreciated reading it.

Surprised there was no mention of equipment providers such as EFNT and WSTL and the effect this ruling could have on them also.
