MB, thanks for clearing this up for me. anyway, the INTC "casn't meet demand and everything's copacetic" myth is milked by WS for all it's worth.
sometimes i get the impression that DLJ's Edelstone has morphed into an INTC company spokesman.
of course there are all those filings by INTC insiders that want to sell gobs of shares...we wouldn't want the poor boys to get too depressed a price, would we? <g>

regards,

hb

MB:

Your INTV comments were right on the money. As both you and I reported several weeks ago, Intel has serious yield problems, which accounts for the "can't supply the demand" comments. What a sleazy statement.

Meantime, AMD continues to pick up more and more market respect for their nifty little Athlon. As a new and first time user, I can tell you that it is a delight at 700 Mhz, where it just cruises.

Best, Earlie
