Ron, brilliant it is not, I agree. Imo, what it demonstrates to me is that Wall Street is about to gear up the propaganda machine - big time. Less knowledgeable retail buyers are being lined up to be shorn. But then, some of the best gains come during the more speculative phases of an advance. Imo the Street will really start pounding the the drums soon. This is why I own the cats and dogs of the patch. My bet is they will see tremendous spikes soon. Very rewarding ones too. Sorry to see so many leave the patch, just when the froth gets thick. <VBG>

Crude estimates being raised again...

In itself it's no big deal, but it's implied that they'll re-examine companies that they follow and increase estimates according to the new benchmark (and maybe set new target prices). They're conservative because they want the companies they follow/recommend to beat "estimates" so they look good.
