Mike, you can have one "account" and multiple cell phones, but each cell phone has a unique phone number.

I understand that. The part I don't understand is whether each phone is counted as a subscription or if each account is counted as a subscription.

DS, I am in S. Cal. Pacbell and Airtouch dont allow sharing time. CAn u tell me which state you are in adn which co. permits sharing of mins.
