I do not understand the need for more shallow drilling, unless it will pinpoint the pyrophoric. However I doubt this since we are already near exceeding the capability of the shallow drilling riggs. In my opinion the fund is the only thing that can prevent us from slowly dying from starvation or we will need to JV with someone before we become the poor beggar in the street! P.S. Where Is the Beef? We all have heard 50 Million rumors; how about a couple truths! DR
