Hi Kemble!.....Ref Why Dell owns all that land (500 acres) Yes Detective Clueso is here Kemble. Latest rumor I have out of Austin is that Dell will be building 2 to 3 huge buildings on that property between the operational Server Facility and Parmer Lane. I just received that information last Saturday. I didn't even tell you about this one. Now i'm not sure if the 2 to 3 huge buildings refers to the multi-story Office Buildings being built at Parmer Lane and Harris Ridge or to different Facilities being planned. One more thing on these multi-story Office Buildings. I'm told Dell will be moving their Offices over at Braker Center to these new Office Buildings going up. One thing that bothers me is that I went all over Braker Center last July, an I do not believe Dell has enough Occupants in those Offices over there to occupy these 3 multi-story Office Buildings being built. Is something else in the works? Stay tuned. Just keep in mind picture #9 Kemble and rest assured that Dell is going to be putting something between the Server Facility and the Office Buildings on Parmer Lane and Harris Ridge. Take it to the bank! Remember that two lane highway running from just West of the Server Facility to Parmer Lane? Last year it was a two lane highway. Now it's 4-lane, divided and lighted. Most definitely out of place. But not for longggggggg. I'm getting excited. Lebanon and Nashville here I come. Real soon that is. Best J.D.
