ted, no proxies yet. I think the board will act very quickly in voting for a split after the vote is tallied. But they will probably wait about a month to make the split effective.

If the stock is over 90, I think they'll do a 3 for 1, else a 2 for 1, just my guess. Looking at valuations in high tex, I think we need to get the earnings below 0.50, or Wall $treet will think we make miniature (micro) diapers.
