Now rudedog, you're advancing in age and coming to the part of your life where your mind plays tricks on you. Take CPQ for instance... <g> -JCJ

I sure hope it soon won't be necessary to overlook anything, with the release of a US-III line that blows out all comparisons -- price/performance, RAS, and all the rest. But only Sun can make that happen.

Can't happen too soon, IMHO.

Dear Rudedog: I know that you are more expert than I in these matters, but I just dont understand why people dont acknowledge the fact that SUNW sells a complete SYSTEM not just a piece of hardware. This "system" works well, is well supported, is popular, reliable and all those things that people rely on. Soon SUNW will be upgrading with a new cycle of Hardware which as I understand it will blow the socks off the competition. What more do you expect?
I am aware of whats going on at CPQ but again, that is a sideline business for CPQ SUNW does basically one thing and does it VERY WELL. Who would you select? JDN
