BFMN, the only catch is you are assuming TRRA will not drop below 28. I can say TRRA is still overvalued compared to AOL and YHOO at even at 25. I have seen stocks like crayfish come from 166 to 9 in 2 months. TRRA can go to single digits if perception changes.
Now sure buying LCOS is a less risky but LCOS can go to 40 if TRRA goes to 20. You can buy some LCOS hoping this is not the case. Not sell your entire porfolio and buy LCOS as some LCOS fanatics are advising in raging bull.
perosnally i am more comfortable with YHOO and DCLK that this LCOS. when market rebounds TRRA will languish due to this merger fiasco same like how AOL was not participating in the bull run of NASD 5000). so buy LCOS to diversify, not to get the easy 40 bucks. That easy 40 buck may never come in LCOS. I will get some LCOS if i can raise cash just to diversify. This market has killed all my holdings.
