Jail time...no

Yeah he will get picked up by someone but this is how it should be.

If he tooled up a 17 year old he should do prison time just like any other trailer dweller would. Furthermore, the NFL should have a conduct clause in force that would not allow him to play for a period of time (5 years) if found guilty.
