Shares of Nokia (NOK: news, msgs) is losing 4 11/16, or 7.7 percent, to 56 5/16. The stock is the most active on the NYSE with 12.5 million shares traded. According to Theflyonthewall.com, there is speculation in the market that the world's biggest mobile phone seller was interested in buying Qualcomm (QCOM: news, msgs). The banter has since picked up on the Yahoo and Raging Bull message boards. Qualcomm (QCOM: news, msgs) is rallying 7, or 11 percent, to 71 1/2.
