Yes, I like her recipes too... Let's see... favourite recipe books... Just about all of the Moosewood Restaurant books... As a matter of fact, I've just been trying a few recipes out of "Moosewood Restaurant Daily Special" (1999). Like some of the ones in Anna Thomas' books (Vegetarian Epicure)... I do quite a bit of Indian cooking too... Vasantha Prasad's book "Indian Vegetarian Cooking From An American Kitchen" has been good... as well as Madhur Jaffrey's book on vegetarian Indian cuisine (can't remember the name offhand). I'm a bit of a cookbook junkie, but I don't have room for a lot of books around here, so I tend to borrow 3 or 4 books from the library every couple of weeks. I have some super ones out right now... Oh..and then there is the vegetarian section on SOAR soar.berkeley.edu Bet you can't tell that I love vegetables and that I love to cook too? (-:

Are you one hogging the Berkeley site? It says it's overloaded and won't let me look up anything, so I am back to my recipes of offal and brains in my book.
My favorite snack is feta and calamatas and a good wine.
Yum.
BUt I must now go figure out how to paint this design...
It's complicated. And I'm not.
