So no CDMA in China till 2005! By then it will WCDMA in China. INTC is able to step up to the plate and do deals to get it's foot in the door, I want QCOM to do the same. Why are they not? Sure WCDMA is not defined yet, but others seem to be setting themselves up to be players. Is QCOM being arrogant by holding on to the dream of 3G by QCOM? Is there some reason they are holding back?
