Ahhaha, could you kindly give me one example where total demand has exceeded total supply and the price has still fallen-and I am talking strictly stock market here-the most efficient of all supply/demand markets...you threw in a little statement of how the price is determined at the margin.

I'm very interested in hearing an example. TIA
