Nasty article.... Royalties are evil. Thievery is good. Patents are bad especially if they are on memory instead of drugs or processors, etc. It is very stupid stuff. RAMBUS has a duty to sue for enforcement of its patents. They are a corporation not a person. They owe this to their stockholders. If Hitachii does not like it too bad. Hitachi is stealing from RAMBUS. It is about time a stop is put to it. We will see more of this type of commentary as the memory wars heat up. :)
