A bit of good news. When talking to Jim, he made reference to Medsite and our 333,000 shares. I asked where 333,000 came from as I thought it was 222,000. He said they did a 3 for 2 share split a short time ago. I had seen the 333 used on Stockhouse a week ago and thought it was just a misprint. So, a 50% gain there before coming to market.

Thanks for the breakdown Michael. I assume your estimates are based what what the shares will be worth at IPO. In terms of current value, do you know if any of the companies had subsequent rounds of financing after ITE bought in? If so, an accurate current value could be assigned. In terms of IPO, I would guess that Elastic Networks is the candidate that could IPO soonest, given the current climate.

As for future value (at IPO), applying a 25% discount to your projected value of the non-cash assets would leave $18.5 million USD, plus $6 million CDN in cash = $33.2 M CDN. That works out to a per share value of $1.10.
