BEA offers a first-look at new product offerings, including the BEA WebLogic M-Commerce Solution for mobile commerce, and BEA "Project E-Collaborate"
SAN JOSE, Calif., June 6 /PRNewswire/ -- BEA Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: BEAS), The E-Commerce Transactions Company(TM), today announced that it is showcasing new products and partner solutions in its booth #4453 at SUPERCOMM 2000 in Atlanta, Georgia June 6 - 7. SUPERCOMM is the premiere annual communications and information technology exhibition and conference, drawing over 50,000 registrants from around the world. BEA, a well-established leader of e-commerce infrastructure software in the communications space, will showcase several of its leading e-commerce product offerings as they relate to the communications market and will also feature demonstrations in the BEA booth from key partners building solutions on BEA WebLogic(R).

SUPERCOMM 2000 is focusing on the need for communications businesses -- from incumbents and alternate carriers to Internet Service Providers and corporate enterprise networks - to develop solid and enduring infrastructures fit to weather the technological changes that are rapidly redefining the communications market. As a leading e-commerce solutions provider and a veteran in the communications space, BEA is uniquely qualified to address this topic.

SUPERCOMM 2000 will provide an opportunity for customers, partners and the media to visit with BEA and see demonstrations of several product offerings from BEA:

-- BEA WebLogic M-Commerce Solution(TM) -- Mobile phones meet the
Internet. BEA will demonstrate the recently announced BEA WebLogic
M-Commerce Solution, an end-to-end mobile commerce solution based on
the Nokia WAP Server and the BEA E-Commerce Transaction Platform.
-- BEA "Project E-Collaborate" -- The newest member of the BEA product
family, BEA "Project E-Collaborate" is B2B integration software based
on XML and Java that helps companies rapidly create, deploy, and manage
dynamically linked e-market trading communities.

Server(TM) -- loyalty-building e-commerce solutions for
telecommunications companies.
-- BEA eLink(TM) -- Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) for the
communications industry.

BEA Partners will also be exhibiting in the BEA booth:

solutions, will demonstrate virtual customer service representative
(CSR) and consumer Web-based order entry and order management solutions
for xDSL and other high value consumer services.

designed to aid in the development of visualization-enabled business
applications in large enterprises, will demonstrate how a dynamic, 3D
representation of the network can greatly facilitate network trouble
management.

the end user.
