Maybe there was an administrative problem, but I just received the notice yesterday and didn't see it until the evening when I got home from work. My own personal favorites are "You've got to know your limitations" and of course, "Do you feel lucky today?".

Been a shareholder for quite awhile now and up to this morning have received nothing. I'll let you know when I finally get it.
I think this thread has been fair with this company. I thought they had great potential ,and said it many times, with both Softquad and now NewKidCo and management has screwed them both up. Hell,I want them to do well but I don't think they can make it with this management team. I've talked to management many times and every time I've fallen for their deception about how things are going because I believed they had good products and knew what they were doing. As a shareholder yourself you can't be happy with what they have done. As far as potential investors getting a negative reading of the posts just refer them to Director's one-sided hyping of the the company.
I couldn't count the number of times Richard Rabin's has said that NASDAQ is a high priority and they see just over the hill. And then something always happens to mess it up.

Now they are broke and if they don't get financing they are done. If they do get financing there is significantly more dilution.Real pretty picture isn't it?

And by the way, none of this is esecurities doing.
