If a person is an investor he makes a decision based on the facts including the outlook for the commodity and the company. Hatred of a company, in this case based on prejudince, is not the province of investors - but pamphleteers. Investors make their decisions and move on. There is a guy on the Barrick thread who is similar in all but name to Benes - a Barrick hater in other words. He claims to be a money manager - just as Benes claims to have been a mining executive. In Nickel 66's case I've never believed he is a money manager for one minute. I've known quite a few, and hired a couple, and they are primarily investors - they make their decisions and move on. Why waste time and emotion and effort on trying to influence people against a particular company? It just does not go with the territory. And if shorting is your game why not short the stock - take your profits and move on to the next one? I fear we are reading the constant whining of losers. Isn't this fun?
