Morning all, Nice to "meet" some of you. I really have enjoyed following this thread and have certainly learned alot recently from many of you. I am an elementary teacher by profession...14 years. I took a leave from teaching to be able to stay home with my now 3 year old son who is the delight of both his parents :))) Seems that is a common theme here! The baby books didn't tell us we would become experts on dinosaurs though ggggg I had intended to become a "long-term" investor. That lasted about 1 month because I first entered the market just before a downturn and was stopped out of everything. One thing led to another and I became a day-trader and swing trader and after losing more $ than making, have decided I really don't like day-trading. So, I am thrilled to have found "the cross-over alternative". Thanks to TC for sharing his ideas! Here's to success to us all...MMK
