I would not worry about OUM as a threat to flash. I am surprised that a smart guy like Lowery fell for it. There are basic physical principles that will prevent this technology from achieving writing speeds in the nanosecond range and cell features under .15 micron or so. It is too little too late, IMHO. You would think that after 33 years of fooling around with this technology, they would understand the basic reasons it did not work "too well" so far. In my opinion, it is another Trilogy in the making. Zeev
