That's the problem...today I did not receive e-mail copy, which I prefer to print. So I go to Pristine when that happens....it's no big deal for them to set-up a print-friendly format.

good point ellen - sometimes i'm home, sometimes at work, sometimes on the road - depending where i am at, i do whichever is quicker at the moment - read email or to the web - Connor26
