The report has certainly some strong points - ELNK competitive edge is eroding. Standard 56k connection is now a commodity and ELNK could be squeezed between the high end broadband and the low end Free ISP's. Nowadays,you can have a 56k connection for free even without advertising banners. On the other hand,ELNK is quite cheaply valued and has ample cash and a affiliation with Sprint.Howmuch this is worth after a WCOM merger with its strong ties to AOL) is another question.
