Where did you come up with the 60 mil #?

It was ~40 the beginning of the Q and even
with acquisitions I don't come up with anything
near 60 mil.

Care to share how you came up with that number?

Edit:
OBJS and Primedia together cost sbas less than 3 million
shares and the primedia deal ain't done yet.
