We time out if have the request for data and it takes longer than 70 seconds to process it, you will get a CGI error saying we could not process it. There could be an instance where you are waiting in line to be processed which is where we begin re-routing people to other servers. If we don't get a response from a server every minute we stop traffic to the server and re-route to other servers. The only thing we can figure is if you are waiting 15 minutes its with your browser. If you wait more than 2 minutes hit the stop button and reload. We just queried the servers a few seconds ago and we got response back from all of them within 1 second. T
