SI Sy, it is NEVER too soon to speculate. GNET has been verrrry quiet on the home front, so speculation is really the only topic of conversation. GNET will either be bought or will make a major deal(s) in the next couple of months to secure it's position as one of the top players. Eat or be eaten...the sector has changed dramatically over the last 6 months, and I don't feel there is any way for us to compete in this new environment....unless we make some major deals...the timing could not be better, private money is tight, and a lot of companies that 3 months ago thought they would be public by now with a billion dollar market cap to swing around are now faced with the reality of make a deal or burn out by year end.

The deal sounds amazing for ndb as they enhance the alliance with Deutsche Bank and they(deutsche) is paying a huge(ridiculous) premium for the shares. It can't hurt GNET's position.
