So you aren't reading anything into their retaining an investment banker?

You base your low expectations on assumptions that Zicam sales won't grow, other products won't step in, the joint venture shows "highly questionable" prospects etc...If your assumptions are correct then, of course, your prediction will be on the mark.

Why I suspect you are wrong is because I think the Investment Banker represents recognition that they will fare better partnering with someone (or selling outright) on Zicam. Unlike you, I think the product not only has merit but that its efficacy will be borne out this year.

I further expect a significant contract with a fortune 100 company for dental gum this year...Probably will take until next year for nicotine gum to impact sales.

One thing is certain, if I'm right you aren't. Just another opinion.
