This indicates they haven't got the permits to test the alluvial projects yet, or they would be testing them now, as they were ready to do so in March. This is a "hurry up and wait" project and they are at the mercy of the Brazilian government. That government has already said the "plane trade war" with Canada will boil over and affect other Canadian companies. To find a rich ore body is not the main activity of mining companies in many regions of the world today. Politics, greasing palms, community relationships and environmental concerns are much bigger problems that must be resolved by miners.

Some good from bad,...it is likely the stock is depressed currently due to this, and that when, and if, it is announced that they have the permits, we will get a bounce.
