T: Position Traders. . . [are you still here?] . . I haven't forgotten you completely. I just bought A.T. & T. here.
[although it would not surprise me if we saw a sharp buying dip today - manipulated by those 'in the know'.] Note: This was not a buy on TA, but rather event-driven.

With WCOM/FON going no where it again places T squarely in the drivers seat on long distance, com networks, wireless networks, etc. And don't forget that it is the largest cable company in the world. . . and that those millions of set-top boxes will soon be bringing fibre optics directly into the home. . . whether or not you have a PC. And don't forget their ownership of Liberty Media, which has quietly become the largest Post-Production house for the movie industry. . . a great way to launch a direct-delivery platform standard. . .and which owns Liberty Digital. Also, don't forget T's shares in Excite@Home [ATHM].

Today we had an upgrade on T. . .a good way to see a low price. And I believe that this may well be one of the last opportunities to buy it below $40 in the near future. . .

Also, I see T as a way to stay invested throughout the summer. . . without losing my shirt on tech stocks.

And don't forget the distribution of AWE shares to T shareholders this summer.

Oh yeah. . . .and they pay dividends.
