How about the president of a "major OEM" who called Lev last week and said "I'm getting ready to write an order, are you gonna be able to make all these batteries", to which Lev responded by inviting him to NI to see for himself.
I'm thinking this could be the laptop maker with whom the 'discussions' are at a 'mature stage' now, i.e. it sounds like a PO is all but secured. If so, we could see the best PR yet, in the near future.
