just for some tempering. . . from a technical perspective, gaps (the 1 3/4 points between yesterday's high and today's low) ALMOST ALWAYS get forward filled, i.e. the stock will go down below 37 1/2 sometime in the near future. this could be from a few days to a few months, and it could go up substantially before coming back down. we'll see what happens (as always). john
