I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WHEN MY KEYBOARD WOULDN'T PRODUCE ANYTHING BUT CAPITAL LETTERS. IT HAPPENED EVERYTIME I PICKED IT UP AND SLAMMED IT ON THE DESK IN RAGE. (g)
