Globalstar might not be a great investment for current holders (of bonds and stock), but the system works and it will eventually fill its spectrum and be a solid business. Long term, it won't hurt to be associated with G*. Current valuation of Norsat, of course, should pretty much ignore the G* connection--it's the other stuff that will be more material.
