Didn't Tyson recently register to sell 75,000 shares in the S-3?
That represents 42% of his holdings.

Regarding the options exercises, he has been an officer for
~13 years. PRIA grants options to officers, and these
options expire in 6 years. Look at those two numbers, 13
and 6, and you can probably figure out what is going on.

He's likely to exercise options almost every year. There's
no meaning in that: it's not bullish that he "bought
shares" by exercising, and it's not bearish either. Just an
obvious reaction to a "use it or lose it" situation.

I do, however, wonder about the 75 k shares he registered
in the S-3. That sale will reverse the trend that Ian noted,
and bring his ownership back down to 1998 levels.
